A Day At The Beach
(yields 2 servings)
2 oz coconut rum
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
8 oz orange juice
1 oz grenadine syrup
Shake rum, amaretto, and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Add grenadine and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry. -source
